Festival goers can stroll through the fairgrounds and arena and marvel at the wide assortment of handcrafted and manufactured items displayed for sale. Everything from Intarsia, glitter t-shirts, stained glass, flowers made of money, handcrafted beaded jewellery, gold & silver, crystal and costume jewellery, quilted items, purses, sunglasses, water bottles, candles, pressed flower coasters & trivets, scarves, hats, books, painted glassware, toys, wood creations, table linens, dream catchers and reusable bags are just some of the items that will catch your eye! You can even book a Tarot card reading or a Reiki treatment. With the wedding and graduation season upon us you will be sure to find a unique gift! Or, maybe something for yourself!
Business Displays
Everything from financial information to travel ideas, a music studio to a talent agency, water to health products, educational games & books to a retirement residence, fitness to kitchen ware, skin care to healthy salts and hearing consultants - all these businesses and more will be on site to answer your questions about their services and products.
Community Displays
Are you new to the Town of Lincoln or newly retired with extra time on your hands? Have we got just what you need. The Town of Lincoln will feature their summer programs for all ages along with the Community in Blooms program; the Jordan Historical Museum always has an informative display and the Erland Lee Museum Home, birthplace of the Women's Institute over 100 years ago, will tweak your antiquing bug; the local WI will also be present with a free draw; tickets for a beautiful quilt plus rodeo tickets can be purchased from the Lincoln Agricultural Society; the Green Party of Canada will be on hand and Community Animal Allies of Niagara will have their "Cat Mobile" on site. Niagara Region Waste Management will promote recycling and the 62nd Grimsby Phantom Squadron Air Cadets will be out in force! Please stop and visit with these amazing folks, mostly volunteers, and maybe you'll find a group you want to join! And as always, many local service clubs and organizations are involved in providing food and volunteers for the Festival
Lakeside Pumphouse Art Show
The talented artists of the Grimsby Lakeside Pumphouse are once again showcasing their many painting styles in the arena. Check out their great display of watercolurs, oils and sketches as a work in progress nears completion!
Food
Burgers, fries, hot dogs, chicken fingers, panzeroli, strawberry sundaes, kettlecorn and popcorn, Sno Kones and cotton candy, ice cream novelties, funnel cakes with strawberries and ice cream -- is your mouth watering yet? All these delicious food items will be on site from the morning through the evening! No excuse to go hungry at the Strawberry Festival! Of course there will be fresh berries from Hildreths Farm Market to take home.
